At Kuwait Mart, we are committed to providing fast and reliable delivery services across the State of Kuwait. This policy outlines the delivery process, expected timelines, and important guidelines for receiving orders.

1. Delivery Areas

  • We deliver to all regions within the State of Kuwait.
  • International delivery is not available at this time.

2. Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically delivered within 24–48 business hours from the date of confirmation.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s area or courier workload.
  • Orders placed on official holidays may be delivered on the next business day.

3. Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees vary based on the customer’s area and will appear during checkout.
  • Free delivery may be offered during promotions or upon reaching a specific purchase amount, if applicable and clearly stated.

4. Address Confirmation

  • The courier or Kuwait Mart team may contact the customer to confirm the delivery address if needed.
  • Providing an incorrect or incomplete address may cause delays.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If the courier arrives and the customer is unavailable, delivery will be rescheduled.
  • Additional delivery fees may apply for repeated failed attempts.
  • Kuwait Mart reserves the right to cancel the order if the customer fails to receive it multiple times.
  • If the order is canceled, a refund will be issued after deducting the delivery fee.

6. Order Inspection Upon Delivery

  • Customers must inspect their items immediately upon delivery.
  • Any damage or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

7. Delivery Delays

  • Delivery may be delayed due to high order volume, weather conditions, technical issues, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • In such cases, Kuwait Mart will notify the customer whenever possible.

8. Large or Fragile Items

  • Certain items may require special handling during delivery, such as large devices, fragile products, or bulk quantities.
  • The customer will be contacted in advance to arrange suitable delivery conditions if needed.

9. Delivery to Another Person

  • Orders may be delivered to another person upon the customer’s request, provided that the recipient’s name, contact number, and full address are supplied correctly.

10. Order Tracking

    The customer can track the status of their order at any time through their personal account by accessing the Orders section and selecting the desired order. The detailed delivery status will be displayed (Processing – Order Packing – On the Way – Delivered).
