No other payment methods are accepted unless explicitly stated on the website.

2. Payment Security

  • All transactions are processed through secure and authorized payment gateways within the State of Kuwait.
  • Kuwait Mart does not store or retain any customer card information.
  • All payments are encrypted and handled according to international security standards.

3. Payment Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed only after the payment process is successfully completed.
  • If a payment fails, the order will not be registered in our system.
  • The customer may be contacted if a technical issue occurs during the payment process.

4. Invoices & Receipts

  • Customers receive an electronic invoice via email once the payment is completed.
  • The invoice includes all order details such as products, prices, and delivery fees (if applicable).

5. Order Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel their order before the order preparation process begins.
  • Once the order is being prepared or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the return policy will apply.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method used during purchase.
  • Refund processing may take 3 to 10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
  • Delivery fees will not be refunded unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

7. Cash on Delivery

  • Kuwait Mart does not offer Cash on Delivery at this time.
  • Only electronic payments are accepted to ensure fast and secure processing.
