2. Payment Security
- All transactions are processed through secure and authorized payment gateways within the State of Kuwait.
- Kuwait Mart does not store or retain any customer card information.
- All payments are encrypted and handled according to international security standards.
3. Payment Confirmation
- Orders are confirmed only after the payment process is successfully completed.
- If a payment fails, the order will not be registered in our system.
- The customer may be contacted if a technical issue occurs during the payment process.
4. Invoices & Receipts
- Customers receive an electronic invoice via email once the payment is completed.
- The invoice includes all order details such as products, prices, and delivery fees (if applicable).
5. Order Cancellation
- Customers may cancel their order before the order preparation process begins.
- Once the order is being prepared or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the return policy will apply.
6. Refunds
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method used during purchase.
- Refund processing may take 3 to 10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
- Delivery fees will not be refunded unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
7. Cash on Delivery
- Kuwait Mart does not offer Cash on Delivery at this time.
