  • The customer or an authorized recipient must be present to receive the order at the specified address.

7. Returns and Exchanges

In accordance with consumer protection laws in the State of Kuwait, customers have the right to request a return or exchange of products within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition, unused, unopened, and includes all accessories and original packaging.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for products that have been used, damaged, or are missing any part of their packaging or contents.

By using Kuwait Mart, you agree that we may communicate with you via email, SMS, in-site/app notifications, or other electronic means deemed appropriate for service updates or promotional purposes. Such communications are considered legally binding notifications.
