Return & Exchange Policy – Kuwait Mart
At Kuwait Mart, we strive to provide a great shopping experience and fair, flexible service. This policy explains the conditions and rights related to returning or exchanging products.
1. Return & Exchange Period
Customers have the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
2. Conditions for Accepting a Return or Exchange
- The product must be in its original condition and unused.
- All labels, accessories, and original packaging must be included.
- Products showing signs of use or opening will not be accepted.
- The invoice or order number must be provided to complete the process.
3. Non-Returnable Products
For safety and hygiene reasons, or due to the nature of certain items, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personal care products.
- Perfumes.
- Underwear and intimate items.
- Opened or used products.
- Products purchased under “Final Sale” promotions if clearly stated as non-returnable.
4. Defective or Incorrect Products
If the customer receives a defective or incorrect product, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Kuwait Mart will cover the full return shipping cost.
- Customers may choose to exchange the product or receive a full refund.
5. Products with Warranty
- Any warranty — if applicable — is provided exclusively by the official distributor or authorized service center in Kuwait.
- Kuwait Mart is not responsible for repair, replacement, or any after-sales service once the 14-day return period has passed.
- Customers will be directed to the official service provider to benefit from the warranty under their terms.
6. Refund Method
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method used during purchase.
- The refund process may take 3 to 10 business days depending on the payment provider.
- Delivery fees (if applicable) will be deducted unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item.
